We have earned a reputation for friendly, flexible and efficient service.  We make no extravagant claims, but our in-house production ensures a level of reliability which cannot always be matched.  We do not make promises we can keep and, in the unlikely event of undorseen problems or delays arising, customers will be advised promply.  We are often able to produce "specials" and "oversizes" for regular customers in good standing.  Such items will inevitably take time to produce and may be subject to a production surcharge of up to 20%.
